Sabrina Poirier, Ph.D. EMBA

With more than 25 years of experience in work psychology and strategic human resource management, Sabrina Poirier is a Principal Partner at Talentrix Group.

A specialist in psychometrics and job performance prediction, she works in three key areas: assessment of potential, skills development, and maximizing collective performance. Her approach is both strategic, human, and decidedly action-oriented. She is known for her ability to rally stakeholders, translate issues into concrete solutions and instill a culture of sustainable performance.

Over the years, she has led thousands of mandates in various sectors, from public services to innovative companies, both locally and internationally. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from UQO and an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton, she combines scientific rigor and emotional intelligence to support organizations in their most complex challenges.

As a Senior Business Advisor at Inno-centre, she also supports growing or transitioning companies in talent attraction and retention, change management, business transfer, and HR governance. She also acts as a mentor to leaders, helping them navigate uncertainty with clarity and impact.
