Mélanie has been working as a human resources consultant since 2010. During this time, she has provided advisory and HR services to several companies from a variety sectors of activity on issues ranging from restructuring, optimizing HR processes and on how to align HR strategies to the business objectives of an organization. Melanie is known for her ability to appropriately diagnose the HR issues of an organization, determine the actions to be taken and, above all, to organize and implement HR intervention plans with the aim of supporting the management team to achieve expected results. She has also been recognized by her clients for her personalized approach and for being closely involved in implementing her intervention plans, which has given her greater credibility with her clients.
Prior to her role as a consultant, Melanie served as a Senior Executive in the Health and Social Services sector for more than 10 years and as a Director of Human Resources for an organization in the Manufacturing Sector. Mélanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Université de Sherbrooke.
